I painted as a student and then became an architect, and then, after 50 years, I started painting again. I painted watercolors until that medium became too constricting. Then I started pastels, and sometimes a mix of both. At the age of 80 I am still learning how to paint. I have switched to mixed media, using acrylic ink, gauche and ink pen. The media doesn’t matter. I enjoy all of my brush and pen to paper and canvas work as a life welling gift. I’m one of the lucky ones!

The work shown here is a representative body of some 150 paintings and sketches out of my portfolio of over 500 paintings. The work ranges from small (8”x10”) to medium (24”x30”) sizes and covers early student work through my work today. This website will be updated periodically adding new work and rediscovered work from my archive.
